The Aria starts with a kiln-dried hardwood frame — maple and poplar, joined with mortise-and-tenon and corner-blocked at every stress point. No particle board, no staples holding the structure together. That is why it weighs 148 lbs and why we can guarantee it for ten years.
Seat cushions are wrapped in a feather-and-foam blend on a high-resilience core, so they stay supportive without needing to be fluffed into shape every evening. The upholstery is our Performance Linen: a Belgian linen blend finished with a water-based stain repellent that contains no PFAS.

Two toddlers, one labrador and a lot of red wine. Six months in and the Oat linen still looks like the day it arrived. The seat depth is perfect for tall people.
Heavier and better built than anything we saw at twice the price. Delivery crew were excellent — shoes off, floor protected, all packaging gone.
Beautiful sofa and the colour was exactly as the swatch. Only note: the feather back cushions need a daily shake, which they do warn you about.
